This spacious top-floor duplex penthouse affords plenty of light as well as a rooftop view of the neighborhood.
The apartment is on two levels, with the living area, kitchen, a half bath and a kids’ bedroom downstairs, in addition to a walk-in storage closet. This floor also features two balconies, one street side and one facing the complex’s large courtyard. The master bedroom and a huge bathroom with shower cabinet and full bathtub are upstairs. Please note while there is an an elevator up to the apartment entrance, the second floor of the apartment is only accessible by stairs.
