In addition, you can make unlimited calls to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada.

Weekly cleaning of your apartment

Our maid service is offered once a week or less frequent on request.

Our staff is very detail oriented and every cleaning includes a towel and linen change.

Coffee is restocked during your cleaning

Our staff restocks your coffee every time they clean your apartment.

We also make sure that you always have enough dishwasher tabs, kitchen paper, napkins, etc.

Private washer & dryer

Your washer & dryer are located in the laundry room downstairs and are not shared with anyone else.

We will make sure that you always have detergent and softener.

Reserved Parking

Don’t worry about parking. You will get your own space in the underground parking garage.

Please note that our parking is not suitable for SUVs and vans.

Elevator access to the apartments

No need to carry your groceries or laundry up the stairs.

You will have direct access from your apartment to the underground parking and laundry room.

Gym membership included

You will get a free access to the most exclusive gym in Stuttgart. One membership is included.

The gym is just 200 meters away from our apartments.

How can I rent an apartment?

Please contact us for rates, availability and more.

How can I pay for the rental?

You are welcome to pay by credit card, wire transfer, PayPal or cash.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No.

Note: we do require a pet deposit if you move into one of our pet-friendly units with your pet.

Can I give you a VAT form?

Yes, we take VAT forms and we even fill them out for you.

Can I stay here if I use a wheelchair?

Our apartments are fully wheelchair accessible thanks to the elevator.

Do you have a reception?

No, we don’t have a reception, since this is not an extended stay hotel. We offer you real apartments. A member of staff is often on site though and you can reach us by phone anytime.

How do you handle moving in?

We communicate with you in advance to coordinate. Based on your planned arrival, we set a time for a member of staff to meet you, move you in, and explain everything for your stay.

How do you handle moving out?

You can just leave your keys in the apartment and email us a photo of them.

If you’re driving, your first stop should be the parking garage. We provide this alternate address because the entrance is around the corner in a one-way street inaccessible from Tuebinger Strasse.

How often will my apartment get cleaned?

We provide maid service and linen & towel change once a week.

You can request less frequent maid service - at least once a month – and receive a discount.

Are linens and towels changed?

Yes, linen and towels are changed at the same time as the maid service, usually weekly.

Will I have a washer and dryer?

Yes, you will have a reserved (unshared) washer and dryer in the laundry room in the basement.

Will I have a mailbox?

Yes, we provide you with your own mailbox and label it with your name.

Do you have smoking apartments?

No, none of our apartments allow any smoking.

Do you offer cribs & high chairs?

Yes, we can offer you cribs and high chairs free of charge on request. Please let us know before you arrive.

Do you have a gym?

The most exclusive gym in Stuttgart is only 200 meters away from our apartments and we are lucky to have an arrangement with them.

You’ll get one membership per apartment included in the rate. We can assist in arranging additional memberships on request.

Is your parking suitable for SUVs and vans?

Our duplex parking in the garage will not work for large SUVs and vans.

Do you accept pets?

Please ask about our pet-friendly units.

Our policy is not to rent an apartment to people who will leave their dog home alone most of the day.
